I was born on the 10th of february 1964

Resident Egilsstadir, the east of Iceland now, with my family. I am a Carpenter by profession, but now I work as a web designer, because I like it. Mini Biography

I am from Selfoss in the south of Iceland, but when I was one and a half years old, I was moved to the east of Iceland with my mother, (God rest her soul) to a small farm. I grew up there, where I remember there was no mains electricity, just a generator that was not very much used, just for a few hours per evening, every evening at supper time. I remember in the evening, that I was read to in the light of an oil lamp or a candle. These first years are very memorable, when I go back down memory lane. Then we got mains electricity in 1970 ,and I shall remember for the rest of my life, when I was asked to turn on the lights for the first time. Why do I write about this? Because today about 40 years later I am using electricity to communicate all over the globe, and that is something to think about.
